Jawan Graham Worrell is the Branch Manager of the Fairfield branch and began his banking career in 2006 as a part-time floating teller at PNC Bank. He joined First Commerce Bank in 2012 as a Teller Supervisor and has progressed to his current position as Branch Manager.
In 2023, Jawan was accepted into the NJ Bankers Leading on the Cutting Edge leadership development program and was honored with the NJ Rising Star award in November 2023.
